# Lecture description Business planning (Businessplan-Wettbewerb)
## Learning outcomes
Participants will team up to design a business model of their choice.
They will grow confidence in writing a business plan and working with the Business Model Canvas.
Participants will experiment with different tools to craft and test hypotheses as well as to understand team collaboration.
Students will be able to derive promising strategies, while at the same time taking all relevant planning areas into account.
Key success factors of a start-up process will be made noticeable and reflected on.
## Teaching method
Agile Classroom, team are made up of 3-5 participants.
The business plans are created in two phases and if wanted they will be submitted to a regional or supra-regional competition.
